GETTING STARTED
Our team is here for you! A representative will help answer any questions you may have and schedule your complimentary consultation. If we are in network with your insurance, we will call as a courtesy to check your benefit. We are in-network with Aetna, United Healthcare, and Tricare. While booking your appointment, it is a great time for our team to get your insurance information to check your policy coverage. See our insurance page for details.
DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
The first appointment will typically last an hour. Our private consultation rooms are large enough for you to have a loved one present if you choose to. One of our compassionate specialists will answer any questions you have regarding your hair loss. We will work with you to pick the right wig or topper best suited for your lifestyle. There is no obligation to move forward with purchasing a wig after your consultation.
SELECTING YOUR WIG
Your specialist will hand pick wigs or toppers for you to try on after we go over sizing, lifestyle, and what type hair piece you’re wanting. Customizations can be done on the wig or topper that you choose such as color, cut, sizing, etc. Most of these customizations are included with the wig price. While we have many wigs in stock, we may have to order your wig based on what you choose.
If you are losing your hair due to chemotherapy, we are here for you every step of the way. If your hair has not released, we will plan to have your wig ready by the time you start to experience hair loss. Once you’ve decided on your wig and the color has been completed we typically schedule a color check visit. We do feel it helps when you see the color completed before the hair loss begins. At the following appointment you will receive your wig and have the option for us to cut your bio hair down for you. We recommend coming in a few weeks later for your complementary shampoo and style were we show you how to care for your wig or topper.
